Construction of the container plants:
The container systems are robust, solid, viable solid steel construction with rotating, self-supporting steel frame. Lining trapezoidal plate with ribbed profile 1.5 mm thick or alternatively in "Straight wall design" with outboard vertical supporting profiles Each 8 massive corner fittings for stacking or crane manipulating.
For manipulation standard to 20`ft (not for 30`ft and 40`ft).
The inside bottom of the container cooling system consists of corrugated steel plate, standard 4+1mm thick, slip-resistant with a surface load of approximately 750kg / m², optional amplified up to 6mm with high point or surface loads (on request with the inside circumferential upstand - conceived as a "sink").
The roof of the cooling system in the container is a strengthened roof platform for high point or surface loads. The roof deck is designed as a reinforced U-steel frame with four iso-corners, floor cross members U-profile steel, steel plate 5 mm continuously welded with coupling material.
The container has a heat-insulation, running as an interior insulation with 50mm mineral wool conforming to DIN 4102 for ceiling, walls and doors, with internal end plating from smooth-walled galvanized steel sheet 1.5 mm.
The door of the container is a double door front side, with locking rods, rubber gasket all around, door swing approximately 270 °.
Option: Steel personnel door, arbitrarily placed, with seal, handle set and cylinder lock (option: panic lock = escape door).
Openings / feedthroughs: Option
Exhaust inlets and outlets, 300x300mm with a bound steel mounting frame, placed according to customer requirements, roof or wall penetrations, round or square, with a surrounding steel frame.
The container can additionally be equipped with a galvanized steel ladder, simple design about 2600 m long for roof inspection and can be disassembled.
The container is supplied in the desired colour. One-coloured, according to RAL color, incl painting - thickness of the total layer about 60ym (option: even stronger coatings and special painting possible) galvanized surfaces (e.g. inner cladding) are left galvanized.
